La Conciergerie
Museum of Music
Château de Malmaison
Museum of the Cinema
📳 Upon arrival, show your reservation confirmation with your time slot and your Paris Museum Pass.
🎟️ There are limited slots and availability at some of these attractions
This applies to all visitors (paid, free and Go City® All-Inclusive Pass & Paris Museum Pass holders).
Certain periods are in high demand, notably at the Louvre Museum and the Palace of Versailles.
We cannot guarantee availability and recommend you plan well in advance to secure your slot at these popular must-sees!
Scan either your Go City® All-Inclusive pass or your Paris Museum Pass
5. Make the most of your passes
Depending on the attraction or museum, you must show and scan either your Go City® All-Inclusive pass or your Paris Museum Pass to enter. You'll be entitled to one entry to each site.
🔐 Et voilà! You'll get the best of both worlds: unlocking what Paris has to offer you, while saving both time and money.
ℹ️ Pass usage and activation
Your Go City® All-Inclusive pass and your Paris Museum Pass must be used in conjunction,
within the same period and on a consecutive day basis (not 24-hour periods).
When you download your Paris Museum Pass before you start sightseeing,
you'll be asked to specify a 'date' which MUST be on one of the days you plan to use your passes.
A day will be redeemed for the date you enter, which cannot be amended.
The first day of activation of the two passes will either be on the 'date' you enter OR when using your Go City® All-Inclusive pass for the first time.

What is the difference between a Go City® All-Inclusive pass and a Paris Museum Pass?
A Paris Museum Pass is an additional pass that you receive for FREE if you purchase a Go City® All-Inclusive pass. Alongside dozens of top attractions included on a Go City® All-Inclusive pass (we’re talking the Eiffel Tower, Parc Astérix, river cruises and plenty of foodie experiences), you’ll be able to download a Paris Museum Pass to use at the same time. It’ll grant you access to 50 additional top museums and landmarks.
Does the Paris Museum Pass get you into the Louvre?
Yes! Once you’ve purchased your Go City® All-Inclusive pass and downloaded your Paris Museum Pass, you can book a slot at the Louvre. On the day just show your pass and proof of reservation and you’re in!
❕Slots are limited and may not be available for several days. We recommend checking back daily for updated availability.
Is the Eiffel Tower covered by the Paris Museum Pass?
A guided climb of the Eiffel Tower is included with a Go City® All-Inclusive pass, not the Paris Museum Pass. Once you’ve bought your Go City® All-Inclusive pass, you can reserve a slot for this must-do experience.
Should I use a Paris Museum Pass for children?
Children and teenagers aged under 18's and under 26's residing in the European Union can enter most museums and monuments (accessible with the Paris Museum Pass) for free. We recommend you check entry prices at the attractions you wish to visit, as it can sometimes work out cheaper to buy individual attraction children tickets for these, rather than buying a child's pass.
Don't forget that for sites where booking a time slot is mandatory, you must make a free reservation for "under 18s".
Can this pass bundle (Go City® All-Inclusive pass and the Paris Museum Pass) be purchased several months before use?
Yes, you can. A Go City® All-Inclusive pass is valid for two years from purchase.
How will my Go City® All-Inclusive pass and my Paris Museum Pass get activated?
Your passes will activate when you use any of them for the first time or on the date you enter when downloading your Paris Museum Pass PDF.
NOTE:
The Paris Museum Pass is non-refundable and non-exchangeable and does not include access to temporary exhibitions.
This means that if for any reason you wanted to get a refund for the Go City® All-Inclusive Pass, then the cost value of the Paris Museum Pass would be deducted from your overall order.
Many museums and monuments are free for visitors under 18 and for European Union nationals under 26.
Free admission is not guaranteed when there are access conditions: a mandatory reservation, security checks, the delivery of a free ticket or regulated restrictions on visitor numbers for security reasons.
Disabled people enjoy free access to most national museums and monuments. We advise you to contact each establishment to check their respective access conditions.
The validity period of your passes cannot be suspended, split or extended. Our advice: plan your visits according to closing days and public holidays to make the most of your passes.
